COVID-19 (Moderna Bivalent, Pfizer Bivalent)

The Moderna Bivalent Booster is available for patients ages 6 and over.

The Pfizer Bivalent Booster is also available for patients ages 12 and over.

Please bring your CDC vaccine record card , ID, and your insurance card when coming in for booster.

CDC has approved a second bivalent vaccine for anyone 65 and over, 4 months from the last vaccine. Those that are immune compromised may be eligible for the second bivalent shot with two months from their last vaccine.

Influenza (FluAD, Fluarix)

**CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE TILL SEPT 2025

Our pharmacists can administer this vaccine to anyone over the age of 5. We offer both the regular vaccine, and the high dose equivalent which is recommended for anyone over the age of 65.

RSV (Arexvy)

CDC recommends adults 60 years and older may receive a single dose of RSV vaccine.

Shingles (Shingrix)

This vaccine is available to anyone over the age of 50. This vaccine is a 2-dose series, given 2-6 months apart.

Pneumonia (Pneumovax-23, Prevnar-13)

The pneumonia vaccine is indicated for anyone over the age of 65. Special populations may be eligible for a dose prior to turning 65 years old.
